Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with packaging intact.

How to Start a Return

Our support team will respond with the next steps as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are usually the responsibility of the customer.

If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, we’ll take care of it for you.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for peace of mind.
Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, we’ll notify you right away.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos. We’ll happily offer a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Personal care items (such as underwear, swimwear, or beauty products)
Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to cancel it — but we’ll still help once it arrives if there’s an issue.
International Shipping
Some items are shipped from international partners, so delivery times may vary. Any customs or import fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
